THIS ENGINE COMES STANDARD WITH YOUR CHOICE OF CAMS 801-260 DELTA RV CAM THIS IS A LOW END CAM DESIGNED FOR TOWING ALSO GOOD IF YOU HAVE OVERSIZE TIRES HORSE POWER RANGE IS FROM 1200-4500 RPM 420 LIFT ON BOTH INTAKE AND EXHAUST 210 DURATION @.050 801-272 DELTA PERF CAM THIS CAM IS DESIGNED FOR LOW TO MID RANGE POWER FROM 1500-4800 RPM 431 LIFT ON BOTH INTAKE AND EXHAUST 220 DURATION @.050 WE USE A PERFORMANCE VALVE SPRING WHEN THESE CAMS ARE INSTALLED IN THE MOTOR. THE ENGINE WILL BE BALANCED IT WILL COME WITH A FLYWHEEL AND HARMONIC BALANCER THE FLYWHEEL WILL BE TURNED AND READY FOR AN NEW CLUTCH TO BE INSTALLED. THE CYLINDER HEAD WILL BE PORTED AND POLISHED. STAINLESS STEEL FERREA VALVES WILL BE INSTALLED (F1432P INTAKE VALVES W/47.1MM HEAD DIA). ( F-1431P EXHAUST VALVES W/39MM HEAD DIA) THESE VALVES ARE LARGER THAN STOCK AND REQUIRE MACHINING OF THE SEAT POCKET. THESE VALVES HAVE A SWIRL POLISH AND A REDUCED SHANK FOR BETTER AIR FLOW. MACHINING PROCESS PERFORMED ON ENGINE. 1-ENGINE AND HEAD IS CLEANED ALL BOLT HOLES CHECKED AND REPAIRED 2- SURFACES ARE CHECKED AND MILLED IF NEEDED 3-BLOCKS ARE BORED AND HONED 4-RODS RECONDITIONED AND PIN BUSHING INSTALLED NEW 5-CRANK SHAFT IS GROUND AND POLISHED 6-CYLINDER HEAD IS PRESSURE TESTED CAM LINE CHECKED ALL BOLT HOLES TAPED AND REPAIRED IF NEEDED WE CHECK THE THICKNESS OF THE HEADS ALL WITHIN THE FACTORY SPECKS, HEADS 3-ANGEL CUT ON A SERDI MACHINE AND MILLED WITH A CBN MILL ALL OUR EQUIPMENT STATE OF THE ART. 7- VALVES WILL BE ADJUSTED AND ENGINE WILL BE SET ON T.D.C. #1 8- TIMING COVERS ARE INSTALLED ON BARE BLOCK AND MILLED WITH THE DECK TO INSURE A PERFECT FIT. 9- NEW OIL PUMP WILL BE INSTALLED AND PRIMED. 10- FLYWHEEL TURNED READY FOR NEW CLUTCH 11- ENGINE BALANCED 12- CYLINDER HEAD PORTED AND POLISHED 13-VALVE SEAT POCKETS MACHINED LARGER FOR STAINLESS VALVES
